Anabella started Skiff after years of working in adaptive recreation. She leads the call before the first day, speaks Spanish and English with families, and answers the phone.

A director, a water lead, a lead counselor and a family coordinator. Every one of them is at the front path at drop-off.
Florentino Lazo
Aquatics and safety lead
Florentino leads every water day, from fitting life jackets to the lifeguard watch on the deck. He is trained in CPR and first aid, and he speaks Spanish and English.
Kyleigh Breeden
Lead counselor
Kyleigh plans the morning circle and the making blocks, and she reads each camper's plan with the counselors before the day starts.
Winsome Eley
Family and support coordinator
Winsome makes the first call with each family and writes down what helps. She is the person at the front path at drop-off and pickup.
